1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Superstar Rent A Car, you agree to the terms outlined in your rental contract. You accept full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and agree to return it in the same condition.
2. Driver Requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years. An international driving permit may be required for non-EU licenses. All additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered on the rental contract.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Euros. Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept cash (EUR or MKD) and major credit/debit cards. Pricing includes Basic Coverage insurance, unlimited kilometers, and Green Card for 6 countries.
4. Insurance & Liability
Basic Coverage (Loss Damage Waiver, including theft) is included with every rental. Renters may upgrade to Medium Protect or Full Coverage for an additional daily fee shown at checkout, which lowers or removes the excess payable in case of damage and adds protections such as tire & windshield, personal accident, and roadside assistance. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full rental amount for the first day.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level. You bring it back at the same amount as you pick it up. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply at current market rates plus a service fee.
7. Accident Reporting & Insurance Claims
In the event of an accident, you must call the police immediately and obtain an official police report at the scene. You must also contact Superstar Rent A Car right away. Without a valid police report, no insurance claim — under any cover package — can be processed. If no police report is provided, you will be held fully responsible for all damages to the vehicle. The police report must be handed to Superstar Rent A Car before the end of your rental period.
